My name is Fábio Nascimento De Oliveira, and football isn’t just a sport to me – it’s a way of life.
Born and raised in Brazil, I was immersed in the game from the moment I could walk.
For 27 years, I have lived and breathed football, with 15 of those years spent playing professionally across different countries.
These experiences have given me a unique perspective on player development, training methodologies, and the journey it takes to turn passion into success.
Now, as a coach, I have one mission: to help young players reach their full potential – not just as athletes, but as individuals.
I firmly believe that success isn’t about luck. It’s about dedication, hard work, and the right guidance.
My goal is to provide young players with the skills, mindset, and confidence they need to achieve excellence both on and off the pitch.

Develop players to reach their footballing dreams. & Help them grow into outstanding individuals.
Through my years of experience, I have seen first-hand how football can break barriers and bring people together. My mission is to expose young players to different cultures, perspectives, and styles of play. By working with players from diverse backgrounds, they gain a deeper understanding of the world, fostering respect, empathy, and a curiosity for learning from others.
At DG Football Roots, success isn’t just measured by goals scored or matches won.
My greatest achievement is helping young players become confident, disciplined, and open-minded individuals ready to take on life’s challenges both on and off the pitch.
